Great Food!! Sit comfortably at your assigned table and Enjoy a delicious dinner from Tejano Brothers.
This year's auction is BYOB. Beer and Wine only. Sodas and water will be provided free of charge.
Get ready to dance! Music will be provided by Day Job Refugees. Be prepared to have fun, laugh, sing, and dance the night away!
Dress in whatever makes you comfortable! In past years, some attendees have kicked up their heels in formal wear while others don more casual attire tied to the “Vintage—Back to the Fifties” theme.
Oh yeah, and the Auction!
The schedule of events for the evening will be published in the official auction program. Click the icon to the left to see all the great auction items. Check back frequently as the list is updated!
Silent Auction When you check in, you will be given a book of stickers with your personal auction id. As you browse the many silent auction items, simply place your sticker on the bid sheet for that item. The silent auction will close one section at a time soon after the live auction is over.
The Big Board Enjoy the buzz around the themed big board, where you can bid on select auction items in a live setting. It’s a lot like the live auction, in a more intimate setting.
Live Auction One of the most anticipated highlights of the evening is the highly entertaining live auction. Bid using the bidding card you’ll be given at check-in.
